In accordance with subparagraph 16) of paragraph 1 of Article 341 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, income from the increase in value when selling securities that on the day of sale are listed on a stock exchange operating within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan through open bids, is excluded from the taxable income of an individual.
In accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraph 7 of Article 6 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Astana International Financial Center”, individuals are exempt from paying individual income tax on income from the increase in value when selling securities that are listed on the official lists of a stock exchange on the date of sale until January 1, 2066.
According to subparagraph 7) of paragraph 1 of Article 341 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dividends from securities, listed in the official lists of stock exchanges within the territory of Kazakhstan on the date of their accrual, and which had trading activity on the exchange during the calendar year, are exempt from individual income taxation on the condition of meeting following criteria (as determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
- The volume of executed transactions with securities is at least 25 million tenge per calendar month.
- The number of executed transactions with securities is at least 50 transactions per calendar month.
According to subparagraph 3) of paragraph 7 of Article 6 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Astana International Financial Center”, individuals are exempt from paying individual income tax on income in the form of dividends from securities listed on the official lists of stock exchanges on the date of dividend accrual, provided that trading occurred on the exchange according to the following criteria until January 1, 2066:
- the volume of executed transactions with securities is at least 25 million tenge per calendar month;
- the number of executed transactions with securities is at least 50 transactions per calendar month.
If the criteria determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan are not met, income in the form of dividends, as per Article 321 subparagraph 10) of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is included in the annual income of an individual, and according to Article 320 subparagraph 1) of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is subject to a 10% individual income tax.

Dividends
In accordance with Article 23, Section 4 of the Republic of Kazakhstan's "On Joint Stock Companies" law, if a shareholder's current personal information changes, the entitled dividends will be transferred to their special account for unclaimed funds within the Central Securities Depository system. Consequently, according to the Rules for the Operation of the central depository (Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 29, 2018, No. 307), shareholders can request their dividends from this account at any time by contacting the Central Securities Depository JSC.
To avoid such a situation, shareholders should provide their up-to-date details and other personal information in a timely manner.

Currently, there has been a rise in cases of fraud involving the dissemination of videos and other advertising campaigns in which scammers, pretending to represent the Company, encourage Kazakhstan citizens to invest in the Company's stocks or investment projects. In exchange, these scammers promise quick profits from the sale of oil and gas.
